Please bring cash. Load shedding is causing payment problems because we use cell towers to process online payments. When the power is out for long periods of time the towers stop working and we are unable to process card payments. Please bring cash for manual payments. In addition our phones do not ring and this often leads to customer frustration. If the phone rings we will answer it. If we don’t pick ups it’s because its not being connected. This is an ESKOM problem.
